Kalibobo Village Set along Dallman Passage at the entrance of the Madang Harbour, Kalibobo Village is a secure village style resort complex with 60 self contained de-luxe and executive suites, all with balcony, ensuite, kitchen facilities, mini-bars, satellite TV, radio. In addition there are ten 3 bedroom cottages for longer term lease, a night tennis court, a sandy beach Lagoon, barramundi pond and acres of landscaped gardens. It is located adjacent to the famous Madang Resort where 3 restaurants, 4 pools, a dive shop, marina, shops and convention centre are amongst facilities available to guests of Kalibobo Village. A short walk towards the lighthouse is the 9 hole golf course which also includes more tennis and squash courts and a lawn bowling green.
To access Kalibobo Village, you cross the Barramundi Pond and waterfall. Above the waterfall there is a naturally designed kidney pool located in the middle of the Raffles Courtyard. A new resort designed as a sancuary for those who enjoy the sea, diving, fishing and swimming. 50 bungalow rooms, set in 8 acres of landscaped gardens, plus 20 - 2 and 3 bed room villages, all with ensuites, TV, fridge, self contained kitchenettes, private balconies. Facilities include access to 3 swimming pools, a marina, 3 restaurants, conference facilities, business centre, convenience store within the village, jogging track, tennis court and the friendliest staff in the Pacific. Facilities Facilities offered to our guests include four swimming pools, plus two lagoons, tennis courts, three restaurants that include the famous Haus Win, Janek Aben and Rakuen Japanese Restaurant, cocktail bars, PADI Dive Shop, Marina, art gallery, gift shop, business centre, wireless internet access and Sana Convention Centre which provides three separate sound proof, air conditioned conference rooms which can be opened up providing one of the largest conference/function rooms in PNG. In addition, there is a Board Room and the Nicholay Maclay Conference Room in the Raffles Wing.
LONG TERM ACCOMMODATION Almost all rooms at Kalibobo Village have self catering facilities, some have two rooms, all have balconies and ensuites. There are 10 two and three bedroom cottages available for short, medium and long term lease. All have double garage with laundry facilities with access to all the resorts pools, tennis court, marina and restaurants.
